One of the best temporary fixes for back pain is actually a pain killer. You should take these in moderation to avoid forming a dependency. But if the pain is too much to take, pop a pill or two and try to take a nap. Over the counter stuff like Aleve and Tylenol should do the trick.

Back pain is nothing to trifle with. If you can’t get rid of it, it might be a sign of a more serious problem and you should see a doctor right away. But if you’re having occasional aches and pains, these tips should help do the trick.
