Painkillers and marketing

Last year I had a hard time dealing with pain whether it was in the form of migraines or excruciating sciatic pain.
I was never pro pain killers so I started with regular aspirin but had to move on to over 500mg of brufen.
The relief was temporary I was probably screwing up other functions of my body.
The thought and side effects of surgery on my back scared the crap outta me until Dad dragged me to a physiotherapist that didn’t emphasise on taking drugs…..
By the grace of Allah I’m pain free now.
My migraines went away with the change in routine and diet.
Nothing beats a healthy lifestyle commercially available off the shelf stuff is only temporary…..
